NCAA DI women's soccer committee to reveal in-season top 16 Thursday, Oct. 17 on ESPNU

For a second year, the NCAA DI Women's Soccer Committee will release a mid-season top 16 ranking — an increase from the 10-team ranking in years past. The rankings will be announced on Thursday, Oct. 17 during halftime of the Florida State vs. Virginia matchup slated for 7:00 p.m. ET, broadcast on ESPNU. The list of rankings will also be released here, on NCAA.com.

The in-season rankings preview how the NCAA tournament bracket and national seeding may look in the postseason. The DI women's soccer selection show and bracket release will be streamed live Monday, Nov. 11 on NCAA.com.

The 2024 Women's College Cup returns to Cary, NC, with the semifinals on Friday, Dec. 6, and the championship match on Monday, Dec. 9.
